【配方】水杨酸85克，苯甲酸10克，磺胺结晶、普鲁卡因各2～3克，樟丹0.2克，白糖适量，高粱酒适量。

【制法】将前六味研细过筛，混合，装入净瓶中，倒入高梁酒(以浸过药面为度)，密封备用。

【功效】蚀恶肉，化角质，消炎止痛。

【主治】鸡眼，胼胝。

【用法】外用：先用温水浸泡患处，揩干，取胶布一块(中间剪一略大于病损的小洞)贴于患处(以保护周围正常皮肤)，再取鸡眼膏(用时拌和)少许填于胶布孔皮损处。病损若在足底，先用药棉搓一小绳，围在膏药周围，以防行走时药膏外溢，上面再贴一层胶布固定。一周后，取胶布，可见病损组织呈灰白色，用钝器(如木棒、竹片)等行钝性剥离，坏死组织很容易剥脱，不痛，不出血。若小鸡眼即可连根取出，一般1次可愈，若病损较大，1次未除根，可重复用药。
