【配方】鸟蛇(酒浸去皮、骨，炙微酥)180克，防风、白蒺藜、桂心、五加皮各60克，天麻、羌活、牛膝、枳壳(炒)各90克，熟地黄120克，白酒2000毫升。

【制法】将前十味捣为粗末，入布袋，置容器中，加入白酒，密封，浸泡7～14日后，过滤去渣，即成。

【功效】滋阴，祛风，止痒。

【主治】白癜风。其表现为皮肤色素脱失而发生局部性白色斑片，其中的毛发也变白，皮损的表面平滑，无鳞屑。可单发，亦可多发，有的可呈对称性，并有增大的趋势。皮肤损害边缘的颜色反可加深，变白的皮肤对日光敏感，一旦日晒即会发红。
