【配方】小白花蛇1条(约10克)，羌活20克，独活20克，威灵仙20克，当归10克，川芎10克，白芍10克，桂枝10克，鸡血藤20克，白酒2500毫升。

【制法】将上药置容器内，加入白酒，密封，浸泡3～5日后，即可服用。

【功效】祛风胜湿，活血化淤。

【主治】颈椎病。

【用法】口服。每次服30～60毫升，每日服2～3次。
