【制法】将上药用水300毫升煎至减半，入黄酒同煎至沸，过滤去渣，即成。

【配方二】丝瓜子50克，白酒200毫升。

【制法】将上药捣碎，置容器中，加入白酒，密封，浸泡10日后即可。或用白酒煎至100毫升，待冷，备用。

【功效】清泻肝经湿热。

【主治】阴囊湿疹，瘙痒难忍，破溃浸淫脂水。

【用法】口服：煎剂1次顿服，以浸剂饮之微醉为度，盖被取汗。

【配方三】苦参100克，露蜂房15克，刺猬皮(酥炙)1具，酒曲150克，糯米1500克。

【制法】将前三味共研粗末，用水2500毫升，煎至500毫升，去渣，取汁浸曲，糯米蒸饭，待温，入曲汁拌和，置容器中，保温，如常法酿酒。待酒熟压去糟，收贮备用。

【功效】清热解毒，祛湿止痒。

【主治】疥疮，周身瘙痒，阴痒带下，身自癞疮。

【用法】口服：每次食前温服10毫升，日服2次。

【配方四】

【来源】《朱仁康临床经验集》

【配方】苦参30克，百部9克，菊花9克，凤眼草9克，樟脑12克。

【制法】除樟脑外，上药粉碎成粗粉，纱布袋装，用高度烧酒500毫升浸泡。7天后去药袋，加樟脑溶化后备用。

【用法】外用。用棉签蘸药酒涂擦患处，每日1～2次。

【功效】清热燥湿，疏风止痒，杀虫。

【主治】脂溢性皮炎、皮肤瘙痒症、单纯糠疹、玫瑰糠疹等。

【附记】脂溢性皮炎、酒渣鼻、皮肤瘙痒症、单纯糠疹和玫瑰糠疹都是常见的皮肤病，致病原因很多，但归纳起来，不外风热郁肺，或湿热内蕴，或内有血热、外感风邪所致。方中苦参清热燥湿、杀虫，为主药：配伍百部杀虫；配伍菊花疏风清热；凤眼草清热燥湿，兼能杀虫；樟脑除湿杀虫，止瘁。凤眼草，为苦木科樗树属植物臭椿的果实。
