【配方】川乌、草乌各500克，羌活、白芷各400克，麻黄、肉桂各300克，干姜360克，细辛180克，60度白酒1200毫升。

【制法】将诸药酌予碎断，置适宜容器内，加入白酒浸泡，密闭避光，每日搅拌1次，浸泡15日后过滤，取滤液分装即得。

【功效】温经散寒，通络除痹。

【主治】顽痹痛、顽固性头痛、脘腹冷痛、骨质增生、全身关节拘挛疼痛、腰腿痛、痛经、疝痛、扭伤、阴疽、瘫痪、痿证等一切寒邪所致之痛证。

【用法】外用。用钳子夹药棉蘸药酒适量，用火柴点燃，将燃烧之药酒快速涂于患部(阿是穴)，立即用手拍熄，并揉搓患部，以皮肤潮红为度。中病即止。

【附记】引自《中医外科杂志》。临床屡用，止痛甚好。本药酒有毒，严禁口服。

If the disease is moderate, it will stop.

[ postscript ] is quoted from the Journal of surgery of traditional Chinese medicine. It is used repeatedly in clinic, and it can relieve pain very well. This medicinal liquor is poisonous and is forbidden to be taken orally.
