【配方】海桐皮、牛膝、五加皮、独活、防风、杜仲(炒)、枳壳各60克，生地黄75克，白术、薏苡仁各30克，白酒1500毫升。

【制法】将前十味细剉，入布袋，置容器中，加入白酒，密封，浸泡7～14日后，过滤去渣，即成。

【功效】祛风除湿，补肾壮骨。

【主治】湿痹。手足萎软，筋脉挛急，肢节痛无力，不能行走。

【用法】口服：每次服10毫升，日3夜1服，常令酒气醺醺，百日步履如故。

【附记】引自《普济方》。验之临床，确有良效。

【功效】祛风化湿，健腰壮骨。

【主治】风湿痹痛，肢节疼痛，活动受限，或脚膝重着，举步艰难。

【宜忌】溃疡病、慢性胃炎患者慎用。

【附记】海桐皮在治疗风湿性关节炎、类风湿关节炎、退行性膝关节炎、肩周炎、骨折后期关节功能障碍等疾病中，被广泛主治。常配伍其他祛风湿药和补肝肾药同用。大凡祛风湿药对胃都有一定刺激性，故溃疡病、慢性胃炎患者慎用或忌用。
