【配方】苍术、乌药、杜仲、牛膝各60克，陈皮、厚朴、当归、枳壳、独活、槟榔、木瓜、川芎、桔梗、白芷、茯苓、半夏、麻黄、肉桂、防己、甘草、白芍各30克，白酒5000毫升。

【制法】将前二十一味共研为粗末，入布袋，置容器中，加入白酒，密封，隔水加热约2小时，取出待冷，埋地下3日后，过滤去渣，即成。
